This is a lovely location and the deluxe studio was very spacious and nicely appointed. I had to change my travel plans suddenly due to a family bereavement and the receptionist at Queens Gate Court was extremely sympathetic and supportive during this difficult time.

Excellent location as was close to hyde park as well as the bus and underground. Only issue was the noise, stayed on the 2nd floor but could hear alot of noise upstairs especially when people were walking and road noise. Need to consider better insulation.

Perfect location for us. Very close to Hyde Park and Kensington. The Tube, shops, pubs and restaurants all in walking distance. The property was fantastic, very spacious and everything you needed for a short stay. Receptionist very friendly and helpful. A great stay and we would recommend to friends and family, and we would definitely stay in the future. - Only small things to do with cleanliness: Bathroom bin not emptied from previous visitors (but soon sorted out). A few stains on the sofa! Windows needed a clean. But everything else perfect (but would not stop us from staying again).

HIghly recommended for a family stay

It is a bit of a walk to the underground station but there are few bus stops five minute walk. The Hyde park is within five minute walk which made the stay feel more relaxed for the family after the long day out in the center. Would like to stay again.

The bedroom and bathroom of the loft apartment was not tall enough for my husband to stand in . While the staff was helpful in changing us to another room , the website should indicate that anyone over about 5ft 5 inches will not be comfortable. Also, they made us pay for the upgrade to a room with tall enough ceilings for my husband who is of average height.

Fint hotel men meget støj og ingen vinduer.

Personalet var meget søde. Værelset lå i kælderen uden vinduer hvilket ikke var så rart. Det var en dør ud til en skakt hvor der kom meget lidt lys ind. Der var fint rent og nyt pænt badeværelse. Der var meget støj fra elevator og folk der gik på gangen oven på.

A localização do Hotel é excepcional e o staff excelente, em especial o gerente Vitor, muito atencioso e preocupado. No entanto, os apartamentos deixam a desejar. Os localizados no sub-solo lembram uma caverna pela falta de luz. Em que pese os apliances serem muito bons, os apartamentos não são acolhedores.
