"During our 2 night stay, the water was off. The manager said it would be back on that evening and it never came back on. The manager wasn’t accommodating at all. Said there was nothing they could do, and said we couldn’t get a partial refund.. we couldn’t shower or flush the toilets. Awful experience. When we checked out, the water still wasn’t on."

"The property seemed to be clean. If I could recommend a few items in the house. Vacuum/ broom, a garbage can in the bathroom curtains/ or upgraded shades. The family enjoyed the stay but definitely felt a bit uncomfortable, my boys are on the taller side and this unit was a bit tight for them. Our stay was short so give the price and the amenities it was fine.

"Upon arrival the concierge staff (If I recall correctly, their names are David and Josiah) were very warm and welcoming! We had some issues with check-in and it had nothing to do with the property, but our personal bank. They were so patient, kind, and supported us until we all figured it out! The room was super clean and looked exactly like the photos, and the property is in a great area! Would 10/10 recommend booking!"
