At Castle Beach Club in Miami Beach, New Point Miami Beach Apartments thoughtful design and exceptional hospitality make this unit a standout. The furnishings make intelligent use of the space: a queen bed paired with a generous, sofa-style trundle creates an airy, inviting room. Both sit high enough to enjoy the spectacular beach views—a thoughtful detail that makes relaxing indoors feel part of the seaside experience. Ray’s attentive management sets the tone. His team is friendly and professional, and the unit was beautifully maintained and impeccably clean. From the furniture arrangement to the care extended to guests, the attention to detail is impressive. Having rented through other management companies at Castle Beach Club, I’ve experienced firsthand how much standards can vary, including dated furniture, broken tiles and disappointing cleanliness. This stay exceeded my expectations and is, by far, my best rental experience at the property. For travelers seeking a touch of luxury without the premium price, Ray and his team deliver something worth returning for: comfort, thoughtful service and a truly memorable beachfront escape.

I mistakingly booked for the wrong day but they got me into a spot with no problem. The apartment was very clean and I had no issues. The building had renovations being done but everything still operated smooth. Kids loved the pool and beach access, free valet parking was also nice.

The valet parking is very convenient, but a quick tip for future guests: make sure to plan ahead and request your car early if you're leaving during rush hour, as it can get busy. The hotel features a large, clean, and heated pool right by the beach, which was fantastic. There is also a sauna available for an additional fee. We had some minor issues with the key cards, but the staff was helpful and resolved the problem quite quickly.

The rooms and bathrooms were clean. The shower water was very hot. The view of the beach was wonderful. Quick access to the beach. The only problems were the long wait for the valet service and the poor soundproofing of the room; you could hear everyone passing in the hallway. Overall, I would stay there again.

We got a very good deal and the apartment style hotel is excellent. Sea facing room, easy beach access, nice large pool, grocery store in the basement which is open 8am-10pm, free valet parking. Then you can take free bus provided by Miami city and access most of the north/south beaches, downtown, airport. We really enjoyed our stay and I will recommend our friends who are looking for a budget friendly accomodation.

Valet was excellent. Check in was unpleasant. The apartment floor was dirty. The bathroom sink was clogged and the toilet didn’t flush well. The studio was outdated. The view of the ocean was beautiful.
