"We had a great stay at the Casale apartment! The unit is exactly as represented, clean and updated, safe and secure (and great A/C). The staff was excellent and easy to communicate with, they provided some really nice extras to make the stay great. Location is perfect in the heart of Navigli, it's down a side street, a 2 minute walk to the center of everything, a 1 minute walk to a metro station and tram stop just around the corner. "I would not rate this hotel as 3 stars. It has the feel of a dorm. In the hallways there is a strong smell of old and disinfectant, the bath was OK. They offer an overpriced breakfast, much better to go to any of the cafés closeby. The front desk people were very helpful."
