"2 pros: location and quiet. Cons: furniture in terrible condition, not only banged up but hinge on door broken so couldn't even shut the dresser. Fridge so noisy made sleeping difficult, mattresses so soft I had to take pain killer for my back and legs, thick dust on much of the furniture, pillows were old, sheets were stained, carpet was dirty, no clock, no telephone in the room. towels were thread bare. The whole place was run down and management make itself scarce. Will not stay there again. I felt dirty the whole three days we were there. 2"

"This wasn't my first time at this property, and it continues to shine. From check-in to check-out, all staff members were UNFAILINGLY courteous and helpful. Breakfasts and evening kick-back meals were always tasty. Room was spotless, and had been newly renovated (I had a roll-in shower, and the fixtures & water pressure were amazing--better than home!)"

Never had a chance to make it to the property and stayed stuck in TN for 3 nights with no word from either company. I was promised by the Hotels.com agent that someone would be in contact but never received a call back or an email."
