10 Mona Vista Court, Coolum Beach

Perched on an elevated block with 180 degree views and overlooking the expansive Pacific Ocean, this amazing property is an ideal option for your next Sunshine Coast holiday. There are four comfortable and spacious bedrooms, and private inground swimming pool, so you and your family or friends have a memorable vacation.

This light-filled home has large sliding glass doors and ample windows; opening out to the wrap-around timber balconies. The neutral palate, high ceilings and skylights perfectly complement the timber flooring, while balconies on both levels are ideal for relaxing in the warm climate. Enjoy taking in the view, reading your favourite holiday novel or maybe do some seasonal whale spotting during their migration from May - October.

Upstairs, guests will find a spacious, air conditioned, open plan lounge / living and dining area. The stylish and contemporary kitchen is the hub of the home, with stainless steel appliances, granite bench-tops and premium appointments. The living area flows effortlessly out to the balcony, inviting refreshing sea breezes. Also on this upper level is a separate powder room and the sumptuous master suite, complete with private balcony access, ensuite bathroom, air conditioning and walk in wardrobe.

Downstairs, guests can relax in the second living area, with Smart TV, bar fridge and a second separate powder room. Throw open the doors to the downstairs timber deck and access the sparkling inground swimming pool. There are two gorgeous queen bedrooms, both with built in wardrobes and ceiling fans, one with ocean views. The king single bedroom also has ocean views and ceiling fan. All bedrooms are beautifully carpeted for that extra luxurious feel.

The property is designed for guests to make the most of their holiday, with complimentary Wifi, two Smart TVs, a fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer, outdoor washing line and 2 car spaces in a double lock up garage. This home is sure to sweep guests off their feet and have them wanting to come back, again and again.

Fantastic property

Great location. Beautiful home with amazing views. 4 good size bedrooms. Very clean. Couldn't put car in garage due to slope of drive but plenty of street parking. Pool was great. BBQ. Living area very spacious. Would highly recommend.

Spectacular view

Spacious and well appointed and set up property. Spectacular view from deck provided a relaxing getaway. Beach is a short walk away and shops and restaurants just a 5-10min drive. Highly recommend!

Great Views and plenty of room

The house is central yet up on hill to gain views. We saw plenty of whales with calves breaching and frolicking over the weekend. The house is comfortable and clean.

They views were amazing. The beds were clean and comfortable. The house was stocked with great kitchen accessories and more than enough condiments to get you started. What else can you need?

An exceptional stay with perfect views and comforts to boot!

This holiday home had it all with magnificent uninterrupted views, a fully equipped kitchen, and room to create treasured family memories. Happened to see whales breaching from the balcony which was a bonus.

Amazing Views and Beautiful House

This house has everything you could want and it's a very spacious and luxurious atmosphere. We actually didn't need to bring some things but weren't sure from the listing exactly what was provided. The location high on the hill means spectacular views of the beaches and ocean. The only draw back for us it that there isn't any car accommodation. The penny didn't drop with us until we arrived. Would highly recommend a stay.

Fantastic property in a perfect location

We had a fantastic stay in this house recently. The views were amazing and house had everything we could have wanted. We truly enjoyed our week away. The owners of this house have done a fantastic job of it and really thought of everything. The only downfall was the poor communication from the real estate once we left the property. Although the situation has now been rectified the real estate caused undue stress and as a result we would be reluctant to stay in this house again unfortunately as we really did love it.

We had the best week staying at this amazing home. It was so comfortable and so well equipped with everything you could possibly ask for. The kitchen was amazing, the view stunning and the beds super comfortable.

What a fantastic house !!!

I thought I would have preferred to be closer to the beach but not so. Once we arrived all my doubts were cast aside and the 180 degree views of the ocean and headlands more than adequately made up for it. Beautiful new house with all the amenities, just wish we could have stayed longer.
