"This property is not prepared for guests yet. There is no reason to charge a resort fee for a “resort” with absolutely no amenities. There is only a cafe that has 10$ coffees and a few pre made fast food options. No matter how many people you are, you only are allowed two beach chairs. The menu on the website is the small menu at the pier restaurant, the property itself does not have a restaurant. Staff is not helpful or knowledgeable. Have multiple charges on my credit card that make no sense....

"We stayed for 7 days. Room only clwaned 2 time's. Was not informed about a 60 dollar a day fee for parking our rental until we checked in. Other fees we were told for riding the elevator. We ate in one restaurant and food over priced and not good. Also service fee added on each tab for tip but still expecting tip after 18 percent gratuity. Not worth the price paid and hipe. "

"During our stay at this property, there were many bugs and flies in the kitchen area. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and we received a different room than the one we booked. We were short a bed and were not able to get in touch with staff to resolve the issue. Overall, the place was fine, with a nice pool and easy access to the beach and stores nearby, but I was disappointed by the quality. "

"Unfortunately for me and my girlfriend, upon receiving the room keys and checking into Guest villa 7.. the room was smelled bad and moist, the A/C giant unit right by the bed made awful noises and is just not a well-maintained room. We wanted a bohemian cool experience, instead, we got a motel experience.. and chose to leave the premises. We have enjoyed Broken shaker, the Lounge and property garden grounds… however, I do not recommend staying as a hotel guest. Sorry, I truly hope they revamp...
