"When I booked the room on Expedia, it said the room had a balcony. When we checked in our room did not. Went to the front desk and she said only the rooms in the atrium had balconies and she did not have any available. She said we booked a standard room and they don’t come with balconies. On Expedia website it says standard room with balcony. We did not get what we booked online and was very disappointed. "

"My stay at Farmstead Inn was cut short by a storm. We had no electricity after 11:00 pm the first night. The next day the management said they could do nothing about canceling our room for the next night nor could they adjust price for all the inconvenience of having to find another hotel. "In this hotels defense, they had no power due to an outage caused by a tornado a day earlier. We had no idea before we got there that they had no power. There were no vacancies in near area that had power. Couldn’t tell if the place was clean as there were no lights. No emergency lighting for the hallways so we had to use our phones to see in the hallway and room.
