"Our family enjoyed the stay - We are 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The location is great - walking distance to ByWard market and downtown. Our room is clean and fairly modern. We stayed for 3 nights and we must give kudo's to the cleaning team. They clean the room very well everyday. The dinning area is also clean. The only two minor issues are - underground parking is quite difficult to access and not easy to maneuver; also while we're making coffee in the lobby one afternoon, some young person tried to steal his belongings. The person must have sneaked in and hung around looking for opportunity to steal."

"Hotel rooms are a little dated, but still comfortable and clean. Check-in and restaurant staff very courteous and efficient. Hotel close to VIA rail and transit, which is very convenient. Would go back. "

"What a beautiful room with a door leading out to a precious little garden with a comfy chair and table . Loved it . Walked to the Byward market then up to the Hill . Staff was so accommodating and helpful ..can’t say enough good things ! "
