Checking in and getting to our room was very easy. My mother on the other hand is 95 and the toilet in our room was far too low even for me. Also, I would’ve liked them to have had some milk at the breakfast.

Great understanding staff. Switched our rooms easily after our first rooms ac was broken. Allowed a later check out time. The only reason it sucked was the fire alarm going off in the evening and being told we were allowed back in the building and then the fire alarm going off AGAIN at 4AM!!!! Other than that pretty amazing place.

The floors around the main desk, and the carpeting on the elevator floor were really dirty. Our room looked tidy, but the bathroom floor was also really dirty. On the first day shortly after we arrived, my husband used a hand towel to clean up a small water spill that landed on the bathroom floor. The towel was filthy dirty after he finished. We stayed 3 days at the hotel, and the carpet in the elevator was dirty all three days. The staff was very kind, and helpful. Breakfast was OK. The “make your own waffles” compensated for the mediocre hot breakfast dishes. The coffee was very good. Parking was good. I don’t think that we will stay at this Hampton location again.
