"Because of hip and knee problems, it was wonderful to have helpful staff carry my case up the stairs into the hotel. I had a lovely first-floor room, clean, bright, with a spacious bathroom that had a separate tub from the walk-in shower. There was a good amount of space in the area that had a closet and a desk. "My wife and I and our son and his partner stayed three nights at Airth Castle. Some of the reviews we had read beforehand made us nervous. We believe the hotel is currently upgrading their bedrooms and during our stay we did see some upgraded rooms which looked really good.
