"Had Smore,s by the campfire every night. The only negative I had was the mattress was in need of replacement. Springs were wore so badly you sank into a valley."

"The property is getting a little tired and the furniture and fixtures could use some upgrades, along with the coffee in the lobby. We checked in on a Wednesday and tried to get a room on the second floor but for some reason none were available and the hotel didn't seem that full. The ceilings are a little thin and we could definitely hear our heavy-footed upstairs neighbors on Thursday night and Friday morning. They did let us trade our gifted white wine for a red and our stay was otherwise pleasant,"

"Location, location, location. Awesome location right on the coast in Sea Ranch, CA There is nothing better than sitting on the deck overlooking the ocean, hearing the waves and enjoying the wildflowers and beautiful sunsets. A very lovely, and comfortable home just topped off the experience. It has everything that you need to enjoy your stay. The home is on a very secluded, quiet and private road. The only sounds you hear are the ocean. There are many artworks in the home and property to enjoy. The kitchen is well stocked with everything that we needed.Brian is the best host. Checkin was easy, everything was very clean and in working order. He was incredibly responsive and friendly. He called after we checked in and gave us a tour of the house, like fire extinguisher locations, light control panels, where items were stocked and stored and answered every question that we had.Property description was spot on, and he gave us a history of the homes in the area.The property is large and the gardens and statutes are just beautiful.Sea Ranch has many beautiful beaches and hiking trails, and the house pass lets you park really close. We spent 10 nights and enjoyed every day there. I would certainly recommend the property and stay there again. We enjoyed the hot tub on the deck several times to finish our day enjoying the area."

"We arrived kind of late and really wanted some tea. Marguerita behind the front desk offered to boil us some in her own kitchen and then brought it out for us. Super sweet and thoughtful after a long drive. The next morning the kind Russian speaking owner gave us another kind gesture that he did NOT have to do. Great energy in this place, beautiful views and the room was romantic, clean and functional. We’ll be back!"

"We enjoyed our stay immensely. The staff person was very helpful and we were glad he was on site. The room was well appointed and faced the river. We could see Pelicans and other birds and wildlife, easily from our room. Everything was clean. Checking in and checking out were painless. Great job!"
