"There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and my feet were black after walking around the room. The shower did not drain and was up to my mid shin by the time I was done showering. Only 1 outlet worked in the whole room and the parking lot was so rough you could barely drive. The toilet seat almost fell off every time you tried to use it. Staff entered the room while I was gone during the day and my personal items were moved (I took pictures and thank god I took my devices with). The WiFi did not connect to my devices which wasn’t a huge deal but overall and awful experience. Go somewhere else."

"For check in we had to wait in line for 20 minutes even though we had done pre checkin. For a busy weekend, they only had 2 people working the front desk. The room was clean. The shower did not drain well at all causing us to shower in water up past our ankle. Overall we always have a good stay at this Stoneycreek. This time we just had a few things that could have been better. "

"I would strongly recommend not staying at this location until they do an overhaul on management and maintenance of the property. My room was adequate, however the bathroom was awful. Drains did not work properly, caulking around the tub/shower and floor looked like it was done by at toddler, the shower curtain rod was dysfunctional, and the towel has blood stains. There must be ZERO quality control at this site from management, maintenance and housekeeping. Worst hotel experience ever."
