"Our host was easy to discuss arrangements with and quick to respond when I was setting up the reservation. Check in was quick and she was communicative about how to access the property, as there is no street side parking along the front. My kids are all young adults and teens so they appreciated the quiet of the neighborhood along with having the freedom and access to walk to UF and visit the grounds. The house was clean and well kept and the beds were all comfortable. Thanks for such a pleasant stay during a wonderful weekend!"

"We were very happy with our stay. The purpose of our trip was to attend the Gators game with our kids. The stadium was walking distance from our hotel and we also had dinner at Indian Aroma which is right across the street. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of fresh clean towels. The lady allowed us early check in too so that was a plus. Only disappointment was breakfast. It was just a few wrapped sugary pastries. Coffee was also not good. Aside from that it was a pleasant stay and we will be back with our own breakfast supplies next time."
