This was the cutest little bed and breakfast in Gainesville, Fl. The home was comfortable and the rooms were large and had everything I needed. I didn’t hear any of my neighbors. The property is laid out well and all the staff were incredibly nice and informative. Breakfast was good and a decent set of options. I would definitely stay again.

The rooms are truly unlike those found in any standard hotel. It looks and feels like a room from the 19th century with modern conveniences. Matching the beautiful outdoor architecture. The staff is also very helpful and attentive. In addition the breakfast is outstanding. Freshly cooked not heated up in a microwave.

We loved this inn! The owner and all the staff were exceptional. Inn and grounds are very nice. Peaceful atmosphere despite being on a main road. Its close to lots of great things to do.We will definitely be coming back. Make sure if you're planning to use the hot tub, you need to go out and turn up the heat circulator on the hot tub 15 min before you want to get in.

Great place to relax and very walkable in regards to down town with tons of food, coffee, live music, nightlife . This was a very charming place to stay at. The staff was friendly and were accommodating when we needed a late check-in time. We also brought our dog and liked that there were several pet-friendly rooms. Would definitely stay here again if we're back in Gainesville!

Such a great find! Totally adorable cottages and amenities. Felt like something out of a movie. As everyone else has said, the breakfast was great and so unique. We had the hot tub to ourselves which was good because it’s definitely small but was great to have after a long drive. Pool looked like it could use some TLC but wasn’t bad. Don’t think the heater was on though either. Walkable to several spots. We tried V Pizza and the wings were incredible. Only downside would be that it’s surrounded by areas that seem a bit sketch. Still 5 stars for me though!
