"Modern hotel with comfortable room and helpful staff. Opposite station so convenient for train into Frankfurt. Restaurant and bar very expensive so recommend looking elsewhere for food and drink."

"Even with a reserved room it took more than an hour to get our room (at 2300). The front desk kept assisting customers jumping the line because they were “house gests”. We were not so important yet! Then, even with hundreds of customers online, they decided to close the bar "on time" (2400), but I was told “I can place a room order”. Then, because they had so many customers ordering room service, when I ordered they told me it would take longer than an hour (again, this was past 2400)! When it...

"Even for an airport hotel, this was pretty poor. Staff seemed overwhelmed with number of guests. Water fountains weren't working even though it was a selling point, included food was horrible and staff weren't very helpful. It was a place to sleep before the flight, but I won't be doing it again"

"Air-conditioned big room in the executive towers. Breakfast buffet was awesome. They even had lactose-free yogurt and a chef made sunny-side-up eggs and veggies on a griddle."
