We had a wonderful stay. The house was open and bright. The rooms were large and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped to cook for a large family.

Exactly what we needed!

This was perfect for our stay. The property was as advertised, clean, ready, had all kitchen materials we wanted and so much space for our slightly larger group, plus very comfortable beds. Just a short drive to town or the lake. Would absolutely stay again!

I loved the location of the home, so close to all the fun activities! The house itself was beautiful, great neighborhood and overall my party had an amazing stay. We’d refer this rental 10/10 and will definitely be coming back.

This property is awesome. Location, size and space are all top notch. The only thing that got us a bit was the main floor hardwood was very dirty. We cleaned it ourselves due to the fact that we could not walk barefoot or with socks until it was cleaned.Would stay again 100% And Alec the contact is a great fellow. Thanks.

Great place to gather…

This was a perfect place for everyone in the extended family to have a bedroom and a bathroom along with a beautiful gathering place and kitchen upstairs.

Great Location!

This home worked out well for our group of 10! The contact, Alec, was outstanding! The location is great for attending the Century Classic Golf Tournament, as well as visiting the casinos and the lake. Lights were a little challenging to figure out, and there are lots of remotes! So it's a little confusing at first but once you figure it out you're good! Deck was nice for enjoying the time in "the woods". All appliances worked well. Smoke detector works well. (we accidentally set it off when the bacon got burned)! Alec called us immediately to be sure everything and everyone was ok. It was a great house for a group who wants to be together while still having some privacy!We would recommend this house for a great stay!

This place was awesome. Very comfortable with lots of spaces and bathrooms for everyone to hang out. We travelled with dogs and the baby gate on the main floor was perfect for containing them. They had plenty of space on that floor alone. This house was stocked with everything you could possibly need and the host was super responsive and helpful. We were going to the Tahoe Blue for a sporting event while in town and this property was conveniently located to get there easily. We ended up parking at the transit center and walking to Tahoe Blue, which worked out nicely. I would stay here again!

Tahoe Winter Trip

A wonderful home with plenty of space for the 10 of us to spread out in. Beautiful area in a great neighborhood, super close to everywhere. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed for our week long stay. We didn’t get a response for the couple times we reached out about early check in & early check out but no major concerns. We had a fabulous time and would definitely come back!

Perfect house for group of 10 adults and our doggo. Beds very comfortable, lots of space in kitchen/family room area for cooking while interacting. Weber gas grill works great. Location in quiet neighborhood with quick 5 min. drive to casinos, shopping, restaurants etc. There was a large ice chest/cooler in the garage - since we were going boating that was a good find, but we had already purchased one from Wally's.

Golf Tournament/Engagement

We had such an amazing trip and loved your property. The beds in this property were hands down the BEST we have ever had. We do this trip every year and this year we got a surprise engagement that no one knew was coming. Very special. In the primary there is a pillow with blood, my husband had a head wound that reopened. We are happy ton pay. Please advise

Pretty good

Loved the cabin. Clean and very spacious. Not being able to check in until 4 is pretty lame for how pricey it was, though they are probably all like that. My only complaints are the garbage disposal was broken and leaked smelly water under the sink and we needed a handyman to fix it during the stay. The cookware (specifically the pans) are pretty banged up and scratched and should be updated. Overall super cozy. Great location, would certainly consider staying again.

Sherwood Christmas stay

Sherwood Avenue was such a wonderful Christmas experience for out family! We were 6 adults and 4 children (ages 9 months to 10 years old) and the house more than met our special individual needs. From a baby gate at the top of the stairs to warmed floors and plush carpeting, to a beautiful kitchen filled with modern appliances, dinnerware and cookware. Each bedroom was tucked away from each other which offered needed privacy and quiet. The views out our windows were amazing--a beautiful and serene neighborhood filled with gorgeous homes and tall pine trees. The location was very convenient to the South Lake Tahoe business area. Eddie, the property manager, answered questions through an email and a phone call. All in all, we were very pleased with the property and would like to return some day for another visit!
