"Booked a 1 night stay Uwe’s before our flight from Bristol airport. Lovely quiet location with huge free car park, we didn’t eat at the pub but it looked and smelt amazing and seemed very welcoming. The bar staff were very friendly and showed us to our room. We had our 18 month daughter with us and they had a huge travel cot set up with bedding in the room which was one of the best ones we’ve used as we usually find they are too small. They also provided some toiletries as well as a great selection of Clipper tea, coffee, squash sachets and hot chocolate which really enhanced our experience. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was huge (shower, toilet and sink). There’s a side exit that goes straight into the car park which was perfect for leaving the room so early to make it to our 6am flight - Bristol airport is only a 10 minute drive away. We loved this hotel and will definitely be staying again - we would also use it as a base to explore the local area even if we weren’t flying from the airport If you aren’t very mobile you may struggle with the uneven external stairs up to the rooms but there is a handrail. The only negative thing we noticed was that there seemed to be a mould issue above the bathroom door in the bedroom but this didn’t phase us as we live in an older property ourselves so know this is common. The rest of the room was very well maintained and hair dryer and fan were also provided if required free of charge"
