If you are expecting perfection in everything, book the Ritz in London. If you want great staff, great food and a good honest road house this is highly recommended. The staff are all fantastic and accommodating and we will be back.

I stayed at this for a few days of peace and quiet and not sure I could find a better place. The whole establishment was clean and a nice balance between retro and modern, which made it homely but also very comfortable. I stayed in one of the top floor rooms with new Veluxes, a shower with excellent hot water and comfortable towels. Breakfasts are delicious and well worth the price inclusion, and any issues I had were quickly sorted by the staff. If you're thinking of staying here, you can't go far wrong.

Spent one night at the Redan after a day trip to Bath and it was lovely. Staff are really friendly and accommodation is lovely and clean. The food was delicious. Highly recommend a stay here.
