"The only decent thing about the property was the staff. The property is neglected and filthy. There were rooms that had been barricaded from entry using shipping pallets. I saw boarded windows in several units, trash piled high outside the dumpsters, and numerous broken fixtures. On my way to my room, I had to step carefully to avoid feces that had been there for at least a day or more. I am uncertain if it was from a dog or human. The room had a foul odor and was extremely hot. The air conditioner did not work, and it was 86 degrees on a day with a high temperature in the low 70s. There were ashes in the bathroom sink, the provided towels looked dingy, the tub was filthy, and there was no toilet paper provided. The other furniture was worn and dirty. Surprisingly, I did not see bedbugs. That is the one good thing I can say. I did not stay more than an hour and a half before I left. I contacted Expedia and demanded a refund, which I was able to get a full one after a couple of days."
