"It was claimed to have been renovated. Shelves are hanging on the wall by a thread. The paint is peeling and fixtures painted over. I cld have done a far better job. It's obvious that the ceiling is leaking because of the peeling plaster and/or brown rings. The walls are dirty and areas still need painting. If it was renovated, I'd hate to have seen it beforehand. And the cleaning lady needs to be fired cos she half cleaned behind previous guests. The microwave was dirty with no plate inside. It...

"This place is a gem! We were in town for a concert and you can't even compare the price of this place to the hotels in the area on the night of the event. The location is great (walking distance to: Bank of America Stadium, pubs and restaurants, CVS, Harris Teeter, coffee shop, etc.). Check-in and check-out were seamless and easy. We would definitely recommend this property and stay here again in the future!"
