We were only there for a quick layover. We checked in late in the evening and the staff was still available and very helpful. Our room and public areas of the hotel were all in great shape. The bed was very comfortable and allowed us to get rest. Although our stay was short, our experience was very positive. Five Stars, Chris

Nice clean rooms, courteous staff. In a great area, with a walkable street near the 2 rivers. Lots of nice restaurants. Parking cost 12 pounds, but no in and out. But lots to do without leaving. Like the late checkout at noon. Would stay at premier inns again

This is a most excellent hotel. It has a delightful restaurant as part of it. The food is delicious! The staff are very helpful especially if the neighborhood is unknown to you. I would stay there again!

Would not recommend staying in the warm Summer months as there is no air conditioning and the cooling system doesn’t work well.

Reception desk minimal, breakfast good. Clerk had trouble finding my reservation, then asked for my passport, then settled for driver's licence (but why?).

Overall a fine stay and what we expected from a Premier Inn. I think staff could deal with some retraining on how to deal with customer complaints. We didn't appreciate front desk staff knocking on our hotel door at 3am TWICE and waking up our jet lagged baby that we spent half an hour soothing. Super disappointing and left us feeling very uncomfortable.
