This location is perfect to enjoy the "Sugar White Sands" and the Boardwalk of Clearwater Beach. You can sit on the deck or in the living room and enjoy the tranquility of the water while watching for dolphins and manatees to go by. The rooftop terrace allows for eating outside, sun bathing and conversation with family or friends, or just enjoying the sunset or beautiful view both day and night. Check-out instructions

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
The only thing we ask upon departure tomorrow is to throw away all your trash and place it in the bins in the garage. Please put all furniture back if moved and please wash pool/beach towels.
You do not need to do anything else, we will take care of the rest. If you are planing on departing before 10am please let me know for scheduling. If not we will be there then to clean at 10am.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No Pets or Service Animals
A Security Deposit Hold of $500.00 USD is required 1 day prior to arrival and automatically released 5 days after check-out unless damages occurred.
