Picturesque: 17th century country house in Kingham

10/10 Excellent

"A stunning cottage in a village straight out of a dream. The cottage itself was wonderful, and Katrina was a lovely, incredibly accommodating host. Thank you again for all your kindness! Absolutely beautiful, and I’d stay again in a heartbeat."

The Old Post Office Adlestrop

10/10 Excellent

"We absolutely loved our stay at The Old Post Office. The home is beautiful, incredibly comfortable, and has so much character and charm. It was everything we hoped for from a stay in the Cotswolds and truly felt like a home away from home. What made our stay especially memorable, though, were our wonderful hosts. They were so warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and we genuinely loved having the opportunity to get to know them during our visit. Their hospitality made an already beautiful place feel even more special. Adlestrop and the surrounding countryside are absolutely lovely, and The Old Post Office was the perfect place to experience it all. We left with such wonderful memories and very much hope this won’t be our last visit. We’re already looking forward to the day we can come back!"

A delightful two bedroom Cotwold holiday cottage with garden - Cosy Corner

10/10 Excellent

"We enjoyed our 4 day stay. The air con was a blessing in the current hot weather. We also enjoyed sitting in the garden and plenty of room to store and charge our e-bikes. We would stay again when visiting the area. The only comment is that although only 2 of us stayed this time the armchair and sofa are not that suitable for 4 people."

Large friendly holiday cottage near to Kingham, Daylesford and Stow on the Wold - Milton House

10/10 Excellent

"Enormous period property, it took a while to absorb how big it really is. Bedrooms very well set up, and everybody said the beds were very comfy. Hot water plentiful. All members of our party had a large room with a king-size bed. It was a real treat for the single members of our party to have their own room and not to be expected to sleep in a single bed, which I always think is a little unfair. Bathrooms and toilets were plentiful so there was never a problem with accessing facilities. The kitchen was lovely and there was plenty of plates, mugs, cutlery etc., I particularly liked the choices in teapots and coffee pots. As we booked off season, the aga was lit, which makes the kitchen very homely. The location was very peaceful and there was no traffic noise at all, which as city dwellers was a real novelty. We found it a little chilly at first, but to be expected when booking off season and the period ceilings are therefore high. It warmed up over the weekend, especially when we lit the fire. Parking is on street, but plentiful. Pub is a stone's throw away and there was a warm welcome. I'm glad we booked Sunday lunch as it was very popular. We wouldn't hesitate in booking again."
