Lovely place for a short stay and a great base for the Cotswolds. Staff were super friendly the Bell pub itself is charming the breakfast is superb and would recommend if you have the option to include. We stayed at Stuart House and it’s a bit strange going through the alley to get to it but the room itself was clean and very cosy! Never stayed in a pub room before but this was a great experience and would definitely stay here again
We were put up the road which was a bit annoying. Nice comfortable room with a lot of character. Thank God there was a fan in the room.

The room was OK but very small. It was also a 2 minute walk from the main building with the bat and restaurant. The room itself was also a bit small. That said, it was reasonably priced, the check-in was friendly and there were no major problems.

Stayed in Stuart house boutique room small main issues was that was no where to hang clothes no storage space , but nice little room with lovely courtyard and seating outside , staff helpful and welcoming , We stayed in heatwave the room would have unbearable hot without the fan supplied as couldn’t really open the windows . Tired in places but we had a overall lovely stay and would stay again
the room was nice and cozy. we booked late that same day and we received the stuart house room. great location. the staff in the morning were so friendly and welcoming. the breakfast was really nice.
Lovely hotel with lovely staff. The room was good, can tell it's an old building as the floor was not level, which effected the bed, but was still okay. The amenities were good, our coffee machine wasnt working, but when i saw one of th The hotel has very little parking, enough for 5/6 cars, however there is a public car park right next to the hotel, which is free for an overnight stay.
Check in was smooth.

The location was very good and the food at the bell was fantastic
The hotel room was excellent and the bar and restaurant were also excellent. However, parking was an issue. No parking at property and the town pay carpark was full.
Had a lovely stay at The Bell at Stow. The hotel is full of character and charm, with beautifully kept rooms that feel cosy yet refined.
We did notice the sheets weren’t clean upon arrival, but this was quickly addressed by the staff, who handled it promptly and professionally. Service overall was warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere felt relaxed and homely.
Its central location in Stow-on-the-Wold makes it a perfect base for exploring the Cotswolds. Despite the small hiccup, it was a pleasant stay and one we’d happily return to.
Really enjoyed our stay at the Stuart house. Clean, nice bathroom and a complimentary night cap was a nice touch. Loved Stow and this is in a great spot close to the town centre.
We stayed here for one night. The room in the Bell was really nice and the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. We received very warm welcome on arrival and the staff were lovely throughout the stay. The food was very good too. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.
The management were most accommodating and gave us an excellent upgrade because they were not busy. The Pub downstairs was very friendly and the town is very quaint.
