"Hotel Horto Convento provided a wonderful experience and allowed me to fully rest and recharge during my travels through Italy. The hotel itself is incredibly comfortable and remarkably quiet, offering a peaceful retreat. The location is excellent—it is an easy walk to downtown Florence, and there are plenty of outstanding restaurants nearby. To top it off, breakfast was included in the stay, and the fresh cappuccinos were absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend staying here!"

Giovanni really helped us navigate and discover interesting locations to visit and recommended the best shops. The room is small for two. But not unexpected in this type of European city. "La Torre Del Cestello was in a lovely location. The air conditioning worked amazingly. The hosts were kind and helpful, the bed was comfortable, and the cleaners were great. Unfortunately, the waterfall shower made an extremely load jackhammering sound when we tried to use it, and the Wi-Fi was so unreliable we had to rely on using our data. The TV was not a smart TV, which is fine, but the channels available had a bad signal and were very pixelated. Overall, we had a good stay, but the amenities left something to be desired."

"The location of this hotel can’t be beat. You are in the heart of everything. The staff is amazing and extremely accommodating. The only suggestion is to request a room in the main building. Our room was in their second building which faces the city street and it was loud on night. The rooms in the main building face inward and do not have this problem. When we said something to the front desk, they immediately looked to move us showing their excellent customer service."
