"Absolutely loved my stay here. Gorgeous apartment style room away from the crowds of Florence."

"The location was fantastic, just over the river and close to a lively square lined with places to eat. The rooms were beautiful, very stylish, spacious and comfortable. The whole team were very welcoming and helpful. We would definitely stay there again if we ever returned to Florence."

"Beautiful view of the river and plenty of space for our group of two! The location is accessible to all the incredible sights of Florence while still being away from the busiest tourist areas. We would stay here again!"

"nice spot bit overpriced"

"Location was ideal. Room was very nice. The garden was an added bonus. A little oasis that’s close to everything."

"The staff was lovely and helpful. Rooms were unique. Located in an older building in a good part of town."

"Beautiful hotel, beautiful rooms, fantastic location, amazing service and staff."

"The property is in a great location next to the Arno River. The unit was spacious and clean. It was just a little difficult to find but once found it was great."

"we had a great stay at the hotel. the hotel is very cleaned, nice bedrooms, bed very comfortable and the location could not be better, it’s perfect. but it was really memorable apart from that is the staff. they are super nice and joyful. i regret not having asked for their names to mention them. really great experience!"

"My mom and I stayed there for a couple of nights and we loved it. Our room was spacious and very clean, welcoming gifts were a nice touch. The location was perfect, close to everything. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"We had a lovely stay at Palazzo Martellini. The room was truly special, with beautiful Renaissance-inspired decor that made it feel like staying in a historic Florentine palace. There was a water leak, potentially coming from the bathroom, which affected the living room floor and was reported to the staff twice. Breakfast was decent but offered limited variety and quantity. The staff were very helpful, especially after our stay, going out of their way to arrange postage for a jacket I had...

"The hotel is very charming. The most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed. It is right by the Ponte Vecchio and close to everything. The staff are super helpful. They helped me to make dinner reservation, call taxis, and carry the luggage. The only drawback was there was a space behind and one night there was a church event there. Afterwards the people cleaning the place made loud noises such as metal banging well into the midnight."
