Staff went out of their way to accommodate any requests. The fitness center is extremely well equipped and clean. Everything was excellent, in spite of some remodeling being done. "

"The hotel appeared to look clean. However, upon arriving there were large crackers/chips in the floor by the air unit in the room. Additionally, one of the elevators had what appeared to be puke/stool. The front desk attendant was notified and 4 hours later it was still not cleaned. The next morning it was wiped up but not cleaned and the 3rd flood had the same puke/stool on the floors outside of the elevator for 3 days. The room provided 2 towels for 2 adults & 1 child and when asked for more after already being there for 2 days we were only fggiv"
