"I had a great stay at this hotel. There was an issue with the shower in my room, but after I called reception, they responded right away, changed my room, and even gave me a free upgrade. I really appreciated how quickly and professionally they handled the situation. The breakfast was also very good, and overall I think the hotel offers a fair balance of price and quality. I will definitely come back, and I highly recommend this hotel."

"We booked a room overlooking the lake and immediately asked for another room because there was an overwhelming smell of something leaking or chemicals. We unfortunately did not get another room with the lake view, but the staff was very helpful and site had its perks. Food at the restaurant was amazing! The beds were very comfortable, but didn’t appreciate all the loud cars and motorcycles doing top speed in front of the hotel after midnight. That was the major disadvantage of being on the street side. Would definitely go back, only if I could guarantee that I got a lake side with no toxic smell."
