"The location of the hotel was very convenient, only 10min walk away from Liverpool St Station and overall was very well maintained and excellent. The room was very clean, modern and the staff were very helpful, thank you!"

"For a first time stay in London, the Lancaster was a great choice of accommodation that was perfect in the perimeters of the city Centre. And the staff were very friendly and super helpful at all times, especially the lobby bartender Charlie and Beverly at the front desk."
