We had a good welcome by Mark on our arrival who took time to tell us about the area and transport. The room was comfortable and clean and had a fridge with fresh water and milk everyday. Very good choice of breakfast, cooked and presented well. There is also private parking on the grounds. The Mustard tree is located within walking distance for the train station and also a beautiful walk along coast to St. Ives. Also there are plenty of beaches in the local area.

The Mustard Tree is a well-run B&B which combines old-world charm with modern facilities. Located very close to the bustling St Ives on breathtaking Carbis Bay, it should definitely be a preferred choice of stay for travellers. Our genial host Mark was attentive to our needs and provided us with a hearty breakfast each day. The B&B is spotlessly clean and has a parking space too. Highly recommended!

Welcoming and friendly owners. Excellent accommodation - great breakfast choices and very well prepared. Location in Carbis Bay with a shuttle train to St Ives and St Erth nearby as well as a convenient bus service.

Great place to stay near St. Ives

We had a lovely stay at Mustard Tree. Anna and Mark are great hosts - we were given a very warm welcome at check-in and they also dedicated time to chat with guests and offered invaluable travel tips around Cornwall. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Overall an excellent experience - would highly recommend!
