"Nice hotel, great location. Friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay."

"Perfect location, right in the center of town, very walkable to shops, restaurants, coffee. Very nice & helpful staff. We had one small issue in our room that couldn't be fixed and they gave us a very nice bottle of wine as compensation. Easy parking for the hotel in the back. We will definitely come back! P.S. - complimentary warm cookies and bottled water every night along with fresh bottled water in your room fridge every morning are also nice bonuses!"

"The property was perfect and located walking distance to downtown. We will be back."

"This hotel has a real personal feel, with a very warm welcome from Mary. The decor and furnishings in the common areas"

"Easily one of my favorite motels! The room was super cute, clean, and spacious—perfect for solo travelers or couples planning to explore Napa Valley. The location is also really convenient, with easy access to both Yountville and Calistoga. One of my favorite things was how clean the bathroom was, plus all the amenities provided. There were also plenty of outlets, which was such a small but appreciated detail. They also offer complimentary breakfast, which is a nice bonus, although we didn’t...

"Loved everything - a fantastic place!"

"We had a great stay at UpValley Inn & Hot Springs. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and the relaxing atmosphere of the property. The location was convenient for exploring Napa Valley, and overall everything felt easy and pleasant. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"I love the fireplace it makes us very relaxed! Room was wide enough."

"I liked the location which was walkable to downtown but in a quiet neighborhood. The property was well maintained and clean. The rooms were a nice size with a great shower and small kitchenette area. We enjoyed the breakfast, especially the homemade granola. We would definitely stay there again."

"Hotel guests were in the courtyard at 11:30 pm talking very loudly and keeping us awake. We got dressed and went down to talk to the hotel staff and they were closed. No help at all. We were out the next day and when we came back housekeeping had not been in the room. I called reception and they said they only came in every other day. Seriously! For $400+ a night I would expect dry bath towels and coffee pods for the morning. This isn’t COVID times but I guess BW is self serve now. ...

"Excellent staff, accommodation, amenities. Expensive but worth the price"

"It's a lovely property -- not luxurious but very comfortable with friendly staff, great breakfast, nice pool. What I appreciated most was not being nickled and dimed. I was struck at the absence of upcharges -- snacks in room: free; parking: free; EV charging: free; Breakfast with really good pastries: free. That part was lovely and unusual."
