"We were given a room on the 6th floor and the bathroom was full of pubic hair in the shower and hair on the floor. They promptly moved us to the 7th floor. We we check the room it seemed to be clean (we arrived at night) durning the middle of the night my wife was having an allergic reaction to something. (She was having if difficulties breathing). When we looked around there was dog hair all over the living area. We went downstairs in the morning and brought this to the attention to the manager. They said they would have the room cleaned. We left the property for most of the day and upon return we check the room. There was still dog hair in the room. We went downstairs again and talked to the manager and she said she would send a cleaning crew upstairs again. We went for a walk and when we returned the cleaning person was just leaving the room. We looked around again and they did a better job and my wife did not have any issue throughout the night but we did leave the balcony door open all night to have fresh air blow into the room. Also the property is a non-smoking area and we smelled “Weed” being smoke from someone on the balcony. We do not recommend this property at all."

"The property continues to be well maintained. However, the hotel beed to pay closes attention to the room maintenance before they lose control, the bedding for example the bed protectors should be replaced. Its creating a lumpy feel in the mattress. The cabana rental is misleading, due to lack of resources to provide service to the cabana renters. The sales people harass you daily and in the early morning hours with constant calls, which is annoying while trying to enjoy your vacation."

"Although the guest registration staff was fantastic, the room provided was dirty to the point our kids feet were black, the sofa was soaking wet and an extremely strong smell of mustiness/mildew. They offered another room which was great until we pulled the sheets down on one of the beds and there were blood stains on them. We ended up cancelling our stay which was unfortunate and had sad kids. The process went smoothly because the staff was great."

"Everyone there was very helpful and nice. This hotel was everything the listing said it would be and more. I had a great time and never had to leave the hotel if I don’t want, everything you needed was available inside. The beach was right outside.. Unfortunately for us the beach was under construction but it was still worth every penny sent to stay at this hotel."
