Checkin was courteous, informative and quick. Room was spacious. Nice to have the frig and microwave but didn’t end up using. Bed was comfy. Shower good temp and good pressure. The breakfast was very basic and blah. Biscuits were good. Walkable to downtown restaurants, bars and sites. Hospital across street.

The rooms weren't the cleanest. The bed was all made up with a needle to insulin laying in the bed with a cap. Took it to the front desk and they didn't seem to care. Breakfast option was good.

Very nice stay at the Carpenter!

Our room was clean and we had great and prompt service. Bathrooms were clean as well with good amenities. This a great hotel that is close to downtown but not smack in the middle. Easy entrances and exit.

The hotel itself is managed very well and all the staff was friendly. The hotel is very clean as well are the rooms. I'll be staying there again on my next trip to Springfield. The only drawback i have is the helicopter traffic from the nearby hospital.
