We checked in and right back out at this property. Staff was wonderful but the hotel was gross and had an awful smell. People had animals everywhere and every tenant looked homeless.

Just so so

Smoke free room smelled of smoke no matter what we did. Room also smelled funky. Appliances and everything super old and rusted. Floor was sticky/ a film on it Staff was nice and helpful.

I was expecting just an average hotel room during my two week stay, but was pleasantly surprised. Three things I require of a hotel room, clean, quiet and safe and this hotel delivered. The entire hotel was well kept. My room was immaculate and the cooking facilities were great. Desk clerk Richard was so helpful and no matter what was requested he always came through. If ever in that area again I would not hesitate to book a room.

Pretty good place overall , got full fridges microwaves sinks and stoves. Pretty clean but some things are run down or broken. Pretty good for the price for the most part but deeply smells of cigarettes all over the whole hotel even though it's a non smoking place.

When I arrived I went to check in desk, and there was no one there, but I could hear them in the office. I stood there for a few minutes before I said hello. There was a voice I’ll be right there in a minute. Finally they came out. I wasn’t greeted in a warm manner. I only stayed one night and the room was clean and met my needs.

Reservation overbooked and dump hotel

I reserved a room with two beds through Hotels.com several days before arrival. When I arrived, I was told there were no rooms with double beds, then that were no rooms. She said that it was the fault of who my online booking was through. I was never notified ahead of time that this would be the case. A highly frustrating experience. The lady at the desk then found a room to give us, but it had one small bed and no couch or loveseat. The room was a little more than what I had originally booked for, but there weren’t many affordable options around the area the day of arriving. There’s no way these rooms should be anything over $50-60 a night. I paid just over $100. This property is lousy and quite a dump. There are zero amenities. I was almost surprised there was toilet paper in the room. I would recommend this hotel to no one ever, and I will likely never book through this site again either. The staff were friendly though, and I can’t complain about them.
