"Excellent location for access to hot springs and very helpful attendant. Comfortable bed and well appointed room. Breakfast was weak, or maybe just I was at the very end and items had run out or been put away before the stated end time. Would definitely stay here again, but set alarm clock 30 min before stated close time to be sure to get basic continental offering."

"The property was perfect for our group of 8. The kitchen was well appointed and had all of the pots, pans, dishes, glassware, and silverware we needed. The views of Mt. Sopris and the valley were amazing. Our group loved the peacefulness of the property. The large outdoor table under the pergola was great for an early evening cocktail and appetizer. The hottub at night was perfect for taking in the dark skies, millet way and shooting stars. We really enjoyed our stay and Erich and Lynne were very helpful and communicative prior to and during our stay. Would recommend!"

"We had a wonderful stay! The home was extremely clean, comfortable, and very well taken care of. Everything was exactly as described, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend this beautiful home and its wonderful hosts!"
