"I am a little petty (not a dog). It took me a little getting accustomed to communicating by messaging only, then a learned to use the phone system you have. Lock box was broken when we arrived. "The property was clean and orderly. However, the sheets on all the beds were wet possibly from a recent washing. It was uncomfortable. The fry pans for cooking were chipped and Teflon was coming off. We did use them. There was no mention of no smoking outside.The unit and area was quiet and comfortable (other than the sheets). The area was beautiful."

"The condo was very clean and worked perfectly for our stay. Communication wasn't good! But the unit itself was excellent! If you book this unit, you must constantly call Evolve ,the contact name given and the HOA to figure out if you actually have a place to stay! Sadly the owner is the only real good communication .And she shouldn't be paying anyone else to communicate for her. I will still recommend this rental even with the communication problems. We were able to enter with no problems. Take the gamble, it's worth it!"

"The Juniper Retreat was beautiful, clean and comfortable. A little tight for three mature women but for a couple it would be perfect. The views from the drive in and the back patio area are spectacular. The location was perfect for our visit to Marion Bells and Aspen. David is a great host who gives excellent directions and responds quickly to inquiries and suggestions. I would not hesitate to book here again."

"We absolutely loved our stay at this condo. The view is amazing, and we loved watching the ducks, geese, and swan in the pond out back. It’s also perfectly centrally located to everything we wanted to do. We went to Iron Mountain Springs in Glenwood, Maroon Bells, wineries in Paonia, and shopping in Aspen. I highly recommend this property!"
