"We stayed at this place for a few days & had a blast. The house is great & sits right where all the action happens. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The instructions to check in & out are clear to understand. The house is also equipt with all the water craft you'll need to have a great experience on the water & is a short paddle to hospital hole to hang out with the manatees. If you're unable to get into a kayak, just sit on the swing seat & wait for the wild life to swim past. "

"Stuff very friendly except i guess the older guy with the mustache probably the manager of the property that he needs to smile a little bit more and have better manners. Besides him everyone else said hi and good morning before any other sentence. I would stay again property is very clean rooms are cozy and its very quiet. Plus there is a shopping plaza right next to it that pretty much has everything! And across the street there is two gas stations. The water park is a walking distance from there or just a minute with the car! "
