" Super service, Rooms are clean , BF nice "

"Reception staff are absolutely fantastic. Facilities were fine, location is walkable to Anjuna, and even Baga beach if you fancy a stroll. However Wi-Fi in rooms very intermittent and the duvets should have washable covers for hygiene. Bar was not open but eatery and beer shop right next to the hostel. "Spent one night here after a 36 hour flight from Los Angeles. Very relaxing and recuperative resort with beautiful lush surroundings and a calm and beautiful pool. The spa is excellent and massages are top notch. Love the breakfast and afternoon tea. Make sure you stroll the grounds and listen for Peacok and multiple birds. Staff is so attentive. This resort is highly recommended."

"Staff are welcoming and friendly and always on hand to help! "

"The Staff was Very Very Un Professional. Ideally they dont know how to run a Hotel who were the Responsible person. Wont recommend the Hotel to any one. If u get it for 3000 Rs then you can stay. Breakfast was Pathetic Person at Reception was more than pathetic."

"Hot water had dirt in it but they solved it?"

"It's bad stay. There is no privacy in room no 204. Window and curtain are not matched. Over all it's bad stay."

"This five-star resort offers an impressive breakfast and attentive service, while the staff make a notable difference. We stayed for four nights. It is highly recommended."

"Clean room, good staff"

"I wrote a review when I got there and am updating it. I really liked this resort especially the outdoors and staff. The food quality was diverse, breakfast had good choices. The swimming pool is excellent and kept clean. The reception area is a little crowded. Nice beaches within 10 to 15 minutes from the BLU. Its both a romantic place and also kid friendly. Hope to visit again."

"I had to always ask for the complimentary water, the TV wasn’t working ,weak WiFi or no WiFi inside"

"If you are looking for a peaceful and quiet place, surrounded by nature, this is a place for you. Unique, authentic and large cottages"

"the visit was ok, was looking for a shuttle pick up which never happened plus there was no spa "
