"Omg do not stay here it is disgusting and they should be ashamed!!"

"I never checked in because they told me I had to have $100 deposit cash and I didn't have that I just had what I paid for the room cuz I was tired and wanted to sleep so I end up sleeping in my car for the night and losing my money"

"Beautiful new hotel, best hotel stay we’ve had in many years"

"Been here several times visiting downtown ROA, for business meetings and downtown was sold out but this place doesn’t disappoint at all, worth the trip down the highway or main roads depending on traffic. 10/15 minutes tops I love it. Staff is amazing."

"very quiet, very clean pet area needed garbage to be removed"

"We have stayed here before and will again. The room was very comfortable and clean. Convenient location."

"Everything was perfect a"

"All was good"

"A wonderful room for my handicap mom, thanks to all"

"Hot Breakfast is always nice amenity to have"

"The hotel is beautiful and perfect location to walk to places. The only downside side is there is a night club beside it and you can hear music till early morning. Then in the morning you can hear music from hotel restaurant. I would be okay with one or the other but both makes for a rough night sleep."

"Loved the rich character and history of the hotel and city."
