"I usually do not like to leave negative reviews but I feel I have no choice in the matter. I arrived for a 2 night stay in a King Harbor Suite on Saturday afternoon around 3:30pm. Check in was swift and effortless, but when arriving at the room, there was hair in the sink, a backed up sink, and 2 different types of stains on both the toilet and underneath the toilet seat. I went back down to alert the front desk of the issues. They then switched me to an Executive Suite, but when I arrived...

"Clean room"

"Clean, beautiful hotel in the best neighborhood. Staff is friendly and we loved that they offered “social hour” with a free drink every day for guests and left water bottles and little chocolates or caramels by the bed after turn down service. Only thing lacking was a treadmill in the gym for my husband but they offered gym passes to a local gym a few blocks away"

"Absolutely loved our stay. Good places to eat around and shop. Will def stay here again."

"The staff was so lovely! The location is great-I could walk everywhere, and never felt unsafe. (Very important when I’m traveling alone.) The only improvement that could be made is to soundproof a little better."

"I will return, convenient location."

"First time n Boston we stayed here and it was perfect, friendly staff clean rooms and great breakfast, close to downtown without paying downtown prices, we couldn't have been happier 😊"

"Great hotel and a great team"

"We loved the location and the host was amazing. We only wish the sidewalk construction wasn’t going on because it obstructed part of the beautiful view."

"Great place to stay,. Convenient to everything. Comfortable well equipped spacious room. Would stay here again in Boston. Friendly and helpful staff too."

"Great location and nice view from the room overlooking the park. However, the property is mismanaged. 4 days with most basic issues every day. Nice staff but they need training."

"Location was perfect! Train line drops you off within a few hundred feet. The architecture, the view and the calendar events are unique. We have already recommended it to others since our stay a few days ago."

"Rooftop Terrace was closed, because hotel feels may be dangerous due to ice or winds, a bit extreme I would say for late autumn October, with weather on the warm side in the 50's-60's. But, rest of stay was spendid. The rooms are wonderful, romantic and bathrooms pristine. The Moo Restaurant was delicious. Staff wonderful! Hot Cider in lobby perfect treat for Halloween weekend."
