"Easy parking, great shuttle service, staff was friendly and helpful and walking distance to many restaurants options. Will stay here again"

"Great"

"The hotel did not have me registered for a feather free room initially. I had to specially request it and move to new rooms both times. The bathroom floor during the first stay had crumbs and debris on the floor behind the door. The walkway outside to the lake area had chipped paint and there was no hot tub."

"It was a nice hotel to stay at overall. The hot tub seems a little murky. I didn’t get a chance to check out the pool. Breakfast was very good. Staff were very nice. And the overall premises was decent. I would stay there again."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful."

"Breakfast was very nice and the facility had many amenities. However there was no laundry as advertised."

"Muy bueno"

"Our room had a broken shower, it was a handicapped room on the first floor. We arrived late and was leaving in the morning for an early flight so we didn’t complain about it or ask to switch rooms. There was a hair on the pad of paper in the kitchen area. Our pillows were very thin and mom existent. Very hard to sleep with them and even ordered 3 more. The pluses is this is right by the airport with cheap extended parking through the Way app. We will stay again because it’s convenient to drop...

"Only concern I had was we lost the shuttle to the airport. I arrived downstairs with my son at 4:03am and the shuttle left. They had our names on the list. This was upsetting as this was the ONLY reason I booked this hotel. I had returned a rental car the night prior due to having the free shuttle and ended up having to pay for an uber"

"Our stay was very limited. We had to change a flight and just needed a place to sleep and we were out before breakfast was even served. Bed was comfortable, but the sheets were a little dirty. I had to brush them off. There was some kind of grit on them and a small stain. We were going to make a cup of coffee, but both mugs were dirty with coffee stains."

"Room and bathroom were gross. Hair all over floor, shower and toilet. Broken tile in bathroom. Dirty bathtub. Cigarette butt on floor in room."

"I chose this hotel for the free airport shuttle, however, apron arrival it was an automated system that I couldn’t get to work. After fighting with the automated phone system the person at the desk was less than helpful. We ended up taking a cab. One elevator out of service both stays & the second was barely usable. Hot tub boarded up both stays. One good point was the one fellow at the check in was able to get us one early check in. We will not stay at LaQuinta again."

"Smell in the room was sticky at night from sink."
