"For staying there for 7 nights we only had service once for our room and we were suppose to have it every other day and no one emptied our garbage for the whole week. I was really disappointed with the cleaning service."

"Room was very clean. Mattress and pillows were superb. Great staff and property."

"It was clean"

"Bedding had several burns and the mattress was broken. Almost rolled out of bed. Other than that, it would have been a pretty good place to stay."

"We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was new, clean & beautiful. Breakfast was very delicious. Our only concern was with having a handicapped room, it was the farthest possible from the elevators. Thought it would be a step in shower or tub. Also the lift in the pool for handicapped did not work."

"Ours was a quick overnight stay as part of a road trip. Convenient location and efficient stopover. Perfect!"

"Booked since it was new and I try different properties on visits to Cincinnati. Ideal location for parking overnight and dining out and/or catching a show or sporting event downtown. Easy walk to the Taft was appreciated. The Cozy King is generously sized and well appointed. Expect the upgraded rooms are even more pleasing."

"Great room and hotel experience. Very nice from room, breakfast and location"
