Place is in a good location, 10 Min walk to heavenly village and Lakeside lake, the room is basic for the price paid. I loved I could bring my dogs. If your on a budget and just want to check out Tahoe, you won’t regret staying at Alpine Inn.

Had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Great atmosphere, and everything made for a relaxing experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Wasn't expecting too much, the property could use some upkeep, for example the stairs going up to 2nd floor need some work done, shower head was old , dated, and sprayed water where you didn't want it to go. Easy $10 upgrade. Bed was comfy, bathroom dated and bathroom towels had hair on them. Bed was comfy and sheets were clean.

Alpine Inn and Cedar Inn are excellent! Very helpful and nice people in the office. Rooms are clean and have great air conditioning, TV, and walk-in shower! Big clean towels, also. The only thing is it would be great if they added a couple small lamps inside the room. It’s a bit too dark and dim. That’s the only thing. It’s within 5-10 minutes walking distance from everything! Never any loud noise outside, either. Great place to stay!

The property was clean, it was ok for a nights stay. The AC could not keep up and it was a hot night. We were missing a sheet on the bed and did not have enough towels for 4 people. The best part of the stay is the proximity to town and the free admission to the swimming lake.
