"Great stay! We had the mezzanine. The mezzanine room was spotless especially the kitchen utensils. We used the kitchen for making quick breakfasts like eggs, toast etc. Fridge was a great size, pans and induction stove was perfect. The sofa bed comfortable for one person. No setting up of the sofa bed needed, just take the clean sheets and fluffy duvet from a hidden compartment on the end of the bed and sleep. The upstairs bedroom had the queen bed, another tv, a closet, a hotel safe, lamp, nightstand. The bathrooms were clean, modern and roomy. The location was an easy 5-10 minute walk to Earls Court station. Lots of amenities around underground like groceries, restaurants, shops. The residence is walking distance from museums. The staff was friendly and helpful and was always visibly present which was reassuring. We also made use of the free washers and dryers for our 9 day stay. We felt the price was reasonable. Overall great experience. We will be staying here or perhaps their other locations in London when we come back."
