"Good"

"Lovely hotel."

"Handy location to the south of Canberra and appeared to be a great price. Unfortunately the photos do not show how tired the carpets curtains are with quite a few stains. Stains on bed quit too. Room walls are very thin and could hear couple having loud conversations next door almost word for word. Room cleaning appears to go until early eavinjng with bags of sheets and empty boxes everywhere. Quite disappointing."

"Convenient location. I do not like the couch as it was old and part of it was pelled."

"Our family stayed there for 3 nights. Parking was a bit tight to navigate for a big car, especially if another car was coming down the opposite way. Slight musky smell in the apartment - had to spray some air freshener. The fan in the bathroom wasn't working - had to open the windows to air out the steam. Walls are thin - can hear other people if they get a bit loud at night. But otherwise, a good place to relax after exploring the city."

"The room was clean and basic amenities (washing machine, dryer, fridge etc) Bedding and sheets were good. The bathroom- shower had mold The heater for the bedroom didn't work, however there were other bedding available to help on the chilly nights. Great stay, thank you"

"Customer service was amazing - Althoigh obtaining keys way a little like The Great Race they instructions were very thorough and very clear thank you for you meticulous effort and care. Perfect AC well equipped with all the necessities - highly recommend it."

"This is my go to place to stay when I visit Canberra. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are just perfect for a short stay."

"The apartment was a great size. We traveled as a group of seven and the 4 bedroom apartment was great. Having two bathrooms was also a win for 7 females!"

"Our stay was not great. Remote for air con was missing, a great staff member gave us a portable heater instead which was nice. Microwave did not work, which was replaced quickly. But the shower was not cleaned at all, it had the half used soap with hair attached from the previous guests and was very dirty. We spoke to the manager about it and he did not even care, no apology, nothing. It was clear that he did not care."
