"As there were a lot of guests on Sunday, the buffet breakfast hot dishes were cold and there were a lack of staff cleaning tables and making coffee. Seemed disorganised. The following breakfast was better with warner food and not so busy. The room was satisfactory, but shower did not drain very well as it made the whole bath room floor wet."

"Exceptional value and close to Manuka if you are there for a sporting event. Clean tidy and warm."

"The house sleeps 10 people comfortably. However it is very poorly managed. Impossible to contact anyone for support as the Belvilla organisation is based in Europe and doesnt respond to email enquiries. And no provisions supplied in the home: we had to purchase dish washing detergent, dishwasher capsules, toilet paper, tissues, paper towel, pegs for washing line. Other essentials not provided include tin opener, spatula, plastic cling wrap, wooden spoon, adequate tea towels. The batteries in the air con remotes were flat. The house is also in a state of disrepair, the dining room chairs are dangerous as the seats are loose from the chair legs. The outdoor furniture is missing cushions. For the amount we paid to hire this home we expected better quality. "

"I wanted to share some general feedback from our recent stay. We enjoyed the overall space, but there were a few aspects that impacted our comfort that I thought might be helpful to pass on.Some of the amenities and furnishings could benefit from a refresh, as a few items felt a little worn or not functioning as expected. We also found that a few basic essentials weren’t available, which made the stay slightly less convenient than anticipated.There were also some animal noise-related disturbances during early mornings that we hadn’t been aware of prior to booking, which affected our sleep.All of the above has been shared with the owners in more detail, and we hope improvements will be made for future guests."

"Overall good stay. Location was good. Larger area for all guests to be comfortable. Heating was great. Dishwasher did not work. Messaged property manager and they insisted it was working. There was no power going into the dishwasher at all. No solutions throughout the stay.Had to use external lighter for the gas stove. Gas fireplace in one of the living room did not work.One of the room had mouldy ceilings. Very noticeable. "
