"Serenity Island Resort offered us a truly memorable stay thanks to the incredible staff who made us feel like family. A special thank you to Emosi, Nate, David, Peter, and Seru for their kindness and hospitality. "The ocean view bure was exactly like the picture featured online. The hammock was in front of the bure and yes the beach was just a few feet away! Wonderful location! The bure was big. The outside bathroom could have been cleaned better as it kinda smelled of urine. 😒 The staff went out of their way to assist and went the extra mile when I had a stomach issue. Thank you for the staff at the Front desk! Sorry I could not remember her name. Will consider staying there again! 😊"

"We had to cancel our trip at last minute and we were very disappointed they would not refund our payment or even at least half payment on compassionate grounds, they did eventually refund 2 nights out of the 11 we were booked for. Airfares and insurance didn’t hesitate, full refund or credit. Think they need to look at compassionate refunds"

"Very convenient to the airport, just a five minute walk. Basic rooms but comfortable bed, compact shower and bathroom, water and kettle in room. Great value for an overnight transit stop. Restaurant food for dinner and breakfast is average but fine"

"The all inclusive food was limited. There was not much to choose from and most items were not available. All drinks including soft drinks were additional. The room was clean and well air conditioned. The ferry ride was quick yet very pricey."

"Very clean and comfortable and super helpful staff. Room was spacious, kitchen open late for late flights in. Pool looked good, bar and restaurant next to pool. Great little coffee shop with very good Latte. Only little downside for those who work when travelling is nowhere really to sit with power and work from laptop for a few hours."

"I stayed in an ocean front bure, they are older Fijian style beach huts/cottage, which was exactly what I wanted. They do have newer renovated rooms elsewhere on the property. Remember this is a small locally owned and operated resort. In if you are looking for amazing views and peace and quiet, this is the place. There are 2 restaurants and the food was great. "Place, it's great if you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing time, and if you are ok with booking activities offered by the resort on the island. Otherwise, you will have to pay for transportation every time a boat is needed, and you will have to coordinate with other boats and jump from one to the other in the water, which could be fun, scary, or impossible for others.
