"My reservation got cancelled as I was arriving to the property at 5:22 the day of checking in. me and the rest of my family (16 members) had to scramble to find another place without any large amounts of cash, as my refund didn't take place immediately, i have no words to describe our experience- we were left stranded in a foreign country with not many options,"

"Our stay here was our most beautiful in our trip through Guatemala. My family and I LOVED Kristiina’s home! It was clean, comfortable but overall the view was just spectacular. It has access to its own private dock and is super easy to walk to town. It’s spacious with a big terrace to take your morning coffee or enjoy a glass of wine. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay here."
