"We got the ocean view and on same building as the restaurant that serve breakfast and lunch which was perfect location and by the pool. Room was clean but wish i could if book the suite, all inclusive, first time here and will definitely be back"

"Our first stay at the RIU Palace in Cabo was at the adults-only Baja California, and overall it was a very pleasant experience. We’ve done a lot of all-inclusive cruises, but not many on land, so this was a different kind of trip for us. The resort itself was nice and open-air. The service and staff were excellent and friendly at all times, the rooms were spacious, and there were plenty of dining options throughout our stay. The biggest pluses were the nice pools, beautiful views, lots of food, and clean, well-appointed rooms. Just a few nitpick things. First, it’s 2026, and the Wi-Fi should be strong everywhere, but ours dropped every two to three minutes in most of the resort. Second, it would have been nice to have a few more vegetarian options, though I was still able to find something at most places. Third, the drink package is a nice perk, and the Elite package gives you better brands, but drinks like piña coladas, mai tais, and mojitos had a strange, perfume-like smell. Tropical drinks were a mess, and the wine selection was weak. Beer and straight hard drinks were fine. The biggest letdown was the entertainment. Compared to a cruise, it’s subpar. There aren’t many activities, and most of the shows are dancing and lip-syncing. If you like to sit by the pool, relax, and have food included, this place works great. If you want more activity or better entertainment, there may be better options. Overall, I’d give it an 8 out of 10. A very pleasant place to stay and take "

"We were there with our 7 year old son. All three of us thought the resort was amazing. The food was absolutely outstanding. I have stayed at approximately 60 all inclusive resorts and this one had the best food. Delicious filet mignon pretty much every night, yes please! Our room was perfect for us with amazing views. Kids pool could have been a bit warmer, but we got used to it quickly once in. Overall, a great place and we will be back!"

"I liked the old school Mexican charm of this resort, being built into the rocks. However it was spread out and long confusing walk from my room to the beach I would recommend upgrading to an ocean view room.. I felt like we got good service and enjoyed the poolside lunches. My biggest complaint is that the pool water was very murky and not clear."

"could not exit parking lot after check in had to go back in to front desk for them to resolve issue. could not have a friend come to my room for an hour visit, they wanted $65 dollars for that , did not pay so no visit from friend. manager said he would allow it but my friend was already going back home, i recieved a phone message saying that my friend was on the road and the manager asured me she was coming up. the next day i asked my friend if he told her she cound get access,she said never. so manager lied twice. the mattress was disgusting, extremly dirty and torn "

"We had such an amazing stay here! The condo was so charming! The host was so accommodating and easy to get ahold of if there were any questions. The grounds and pools were beautiful! You cannot beat the location and the food and drinks by the pool were not only delicious but fairly priced! We will absolutely be returning! "
